Pussy and Cocaine. I can’t name anything that guys like more. So when I first heard the electropop song Pussy Cocaine by Tiger Love, I knew it would be a classic. And I instantly fell in love. With this song, Tiger Love is bringing back all the fun we love from disco and funk. Hopefully though people watching the video don’t think that it’s acceptable in 2011 to have those ridiculous hairstyles or wear those bell-bottomed trousers and flared jeans our parents wish they could forget.
But Tiger Love is more than just pussy and cocaine. Their song Gio Gio has great beats, a sultry French singer and a provocative music video. These make for an instant classic for any guy like me who enjoys a balanced mix of sex, squash playing backup dancers and music.
I mostly like the electronic based stuff that Tiger Love puts out but more recently I have come to broaden my interests. Under Control is a great song, still with that heavy electronic beat and keyboard but it simply is a great rock song. I love the impeccable mix of keyboard, guitar and drums in the middle stage of the song and the lyrics about drugs and raunchy sex, “The drugs we’re taking in my house are out of this world” and “I turn you over and you turn me on.” I love the vibe that Tiger Love brings to the table, they don’t really sound like anyone else out at the moment.
